Extract the ZIP into the game folder, beside Legion Breaker.exe: Legion Breaker

Select «Русский» in the game settings. If BepInEx is already installed, add only the BepInEx\plugins\LegionRussian folder from the archive.

The mod runs a DLL plugin through BepInEx. There is no separate installer.

SteamGate.online has prepared a free unofficial Russian localization for Legion Breaker. It adds «Русский» to the language settings and selects it on the first launch. Translation version 1.0.0 targets game version 1.0.1, Steam Build 25985081.

The download card provides the ZIP, its size and SHA-256 checksum.

Coverage

All 489 entries across five localization tables: menus, settings, upgrades and descriptions, spell and troop statistics, 12 battlefields and story choices. Additional labels and number and time abbreviations are localized. Terminology, placeholders, tags and upgrade tiers have been checked. Cyrillic uses fonts already supplied with the game; voice-over and images are unchanged.

Installation

Close the game and download the ZIP.
In Steam, right-click Legion Breaker → Manage → Browse local files.
Extract the archive into that folder, beside Legion Breaker.exe.
Launch the game. Russian is selected automatically; it is also available as «Русский» in the language settings.

The archive includes a DLL plugin, BepInEx 5.4.23.5 x64, instructions and dependency licenses. There is no separate installer. Original game files are preserved. If BepInEx is already installed for other mods, keep it and add only BepInEx\plugins\LegionRussian.

Compatibility and removal

This package targets Windows 64-bit, Steam AppID 4425980. Linux, macOS and Steam Deck have not been tested. Back up %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Baffled Engineer\Legion Breaker before installing.

If a game update changes an original string, that entry remains in English until the translation is updated. Future build compatibility is not guaranteed. Updates are available on GitHub.

To remove the translation, close the game and delete BepInEx\plugins\LegionRussian. If no other mods use the loader, you may also remove BepInEx, winhttp.dll and doorstop_config.ini. Keep your saves.

A separate SteamGate button is added to the main and pause menus. The website opens only when clicked; the developer's buttons and credits are preserved.
